How is it works ?
If your printer is in need of service or repairs, call our friendly team or email us to find out your call out rate today. Your call out fee is a flat rate regardless of how long our technicians are onsite. If you require parts for repairs, then you will be provided the cost of parts for your authorisation before any repairs are conducted. If not, there you go - we charge you only a basic call out fee !
